Coffee, green tea or Masala chai, what do you love most? #HaveMoreFun

I love COFFEE.

One thing I can’t get by the day without is coffee. Coffee is always there for me. It’s gotten me through all-nighters in life. I love the entire ritual of making my first cup of coffee in the morning and sitting quietly in my kitchen enjoying the quiet before the busy day. I use this time to review my calendar, plan my day and think about all the things I am grateful for — including coffee.

There is no smell I love waking up to more than fresh brewed coffee. There is just something so inviting about the smell of coffee that makes me feel ready to face the day or feel renewed midday. I actually love the aroma of coffee very much. They’re heavenly, but they’re nothing quite like the scent of a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Somedays coffee really is the only thing that can get me up and feeling like I can accomplish my dreams and goals. It gives me the boost I need to stay focused and energised. It’s my midday pick-me-up that perks me up and keeps me fuelled for the rest of the day. Because coffee is so inviting, I think it’s just natural for me that I feel comforted and at ease when I can sit back and enjoy a cup. I am not a morning person at all, which means I wake up slowly. Coffee is a great way to ease me back to life, but keep me feeling relaxed at the same time.

I am health conscious, I do appreciate that coffee offers some health benefits: it has been linked to reduced risks of type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, neurological disorders, depression and may provide protection against cavities (as long as you aren’t using sweetened creamers and spoonfuls of sugar) and periodontal disease.

It serves 6 cups of coffee just in one brew. Having this capacity helps in saving time when making coffee for everyone. InstaCuppa Green Tea Detox Bottle

If you dont like coffee, but you like Tea, Instacuppa has products for Tea lovers too like the InstaCuppa Green Tea Detox Bottle — Double Walled Glass Edition. You’ve probably heard a lot about the health benefits of drinking tea, especially the benefits of green tea, considered by many to be the ultimate “anti-aging beverage.” In Okinawa, Japan — one of the world’s “Blue Zones” that’s associated with longevity — drinking green tea daily is considered “essential.” The bottle has double wall glass provides strength and good look. On the other side the lid (bamboo look) is holding tight so that there is no leakage even after putting upside down.

I think you can have two or more cups a day of coffee without any concern, and certainly that may benefit you, but what about for those who don’t drink coffee? If it was somebody who hates the stuff and asks, ‘Should I drink it?’ I’d say no. I’d say them drink beverage which is you like not just because someone likes it. People’s bodies process drinks ( coffee, green tea or masala chai) in different ways. No beverage will make or break your diet, the quality of your diet is always the sum of all the parts. Life is too short, I would say enjoy whatever you love.

I don’t just love coffee because it’s good to drink and I’m addicted to it. I love coffee because of what it represents on a much larger scale than the witty sayings on the coffee cups.

“I’m not addicted to coffee, we’re just in a committed relationship.”
