1. Veggies

We all know that veggies are important to our overall health. But did you know that a daily dose of vegetables will give you youthful skin too? A study posted on the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology found that women and men who a vegetable-rich diet, as well as fish and fruits, had fewer lines on their skin.

Leafy greens are a good source of vitamins C, carotenoids, calcium, and iron. Carotenoids are vitamin A derivatives that protect the skin against UV rays that cause the signs of premature aging of the skin such as fine lines, age spots, and wrinkles.
