The Internal Activation of the Pineal Gland stimulates restful sleep and enriches your oneric life.
The Pineal Gland produces melatonin and this hormone regulates our circadian rhythm allowing us to sleep better. The quality of our sleep is more important than the number of hours we sleep. For example, Da Vinci used to sleep 15 minutes every 4 hours and this allowed him to create continuously. I have talked about this important function of the pineal gland and melatonin in another article, however, as always I will refer to my own experience and the experience of the ones close to me.
Last year, one of my beloved twins started having trouble sleeping, did I tell you that I have twins? A boy and a girl. Well, my daughter was waking up after 3 or 4 hours of sleep and it was impossible for her to sleep again. This had an immediate effect in her mood and productivity during the day. The situation went on for a few weeks until she asked me for help, she is a Pinealist, but she was caught up in a busy school life and forgetting to practise the Cyclopea Method from time to time.
Talking through the issue, we came up with a plan that included stopping all phone communications and social media for at least 2 hours prior to going to bed, having a nice cup of camomile tea and of course, the practice of the Cyclopea Method exercises.
One of the most effective exercises of the Method is called “The Silence Exercise” and is given to attendees to the Internal Activation of the Pineal Gland Seminar as a bonus when receiving online access to the Activation exercises. During this exercise, we get aware of thoughts and learn a way of getting rid o them and we are guided to a place of silence and introspection.
My beautiful daughter, with certainty of the invisible, without any doubts, went ahead with the plan and in a matter of a few days her sleeping pattern improved enormously and everything went back to normal. She told me that because of this experience she learned a lesson and said: “mum, I will practise the Method every day from now on, it is so easy to do, just doing the 1–2–3 exercise helps hips” (the 1–2–3 exercise is a short version of the basic long exercise and it is designed to use in everyday life).
Personal experience is always the best way to know what it is effective for you and it is what gives you certainty.
